If you’re not completely happy, we will refund your initial costs in full within this 30-day period. All we ask is that you return the alarm back to us and our refunds team will process a full refund for your alarm package.

You can post your alarm with the box back to us, As soon as we have received your equipment, we will close down your account fully.

We also offer a free transfer service whereby you can transfer your alarm plan to another user for absolutely nothing. If you no longer need your alarm you can transfer it to a friend or family member who may really benefit from that added layer of protection.
